Far beyond I could see the Mountain range top,
Clouds atop the mountain’s like a loose fitting cap,
White as snow, clouds pouted up as a fluffy pillow,
Calling me, from that far, beckoning me to reach for them, from where I stood below.
To reach for the stars, I was taught from my young by the old,
But wanting to reach for those fluffed up cloud,
I went on in pursuits of those mountains, crossing many a fountains.
Wanting my every step, to take me to my clouds on top of the mountains.
As the distance closed in I saw,
Another wonder among the puffed up clouds, for certain,
The full moon starting to show it’s evening glow,
Of whiteness spread in between the clouds atop the mountains.
The mist hung around the green carpet of the mountains,
Like beautiful white satin lace curtains,
Lacing the edges of the dark green carpet spread on the mountain,
Canvas was not big enough and colours lost it’s sheen, in front of this beautiful image, of this I was certain.
For this reason, I copied this scenery into my mind,
For my fate and nature wouldn’t be so kind,
To bring back this beautiful image again, so I tightly bind,
Just in case before I totally go blind.

Hi Anamikaji,
The poem writing is really good. Each stanza takes us a notch higher and shows a bit more different aspect of it.
